Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Property Sales Agent to lead sales efforts in Burkina Faso. This role involves promoting land plots, residential units, and commercial spaces, building a strong client pipeline, and acting as a trusted advisor to buyers and investors.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, generate, and manage leads for residential, commercial, and land property sales

  • Organize and conduct property viewings, site visits, and in-person client consultations

  • Educate clients on property options, investment potential, and legal processes

  • Drive deal closures by negotiating terms and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and closed deals

  • Represent African Land at property exhibitions, promotional events, and industry meetups

  • Collect market intelligence and client feedback to inform sales strategy and product offerings

  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure aligned messaging and listing accuracy


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in real estate sales or a related sales field

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently

  • Solid understanding of the property market in Burkina Faso is highly preferred

  • Fluency in French is required; basic English proficiency is a plus

  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for property viewings
