Wigmore Trading is a fast-growing trading company based in Lagos, Nigeria. We specialize in the sourcing, logistics, and distribution of a wide range of goods across West Africa. As we expand our digital presence, we are looking for a proactive and creative individual to join our team as a Facebook and WhatsApp Group Manager.

This is a hybrid role based in Lagos, Nigeria.

We are looking for someone who can manage, grow, and engage our Facebook and WhatsApp communities. You will be the voice of Wigmore Trading in these groups—sharing useful content, responding to questions, encouraging engagement, and ensuring a positive environment.

Responsibilities include:
– Growing and managing our Facebook and WhatsApp groups
– Sharing content such as updates, offers, product info, and tips
– Moderating conversations and keeping the group respectful and active
– Answering questions from group members and providing helpful support
– Running engagement activities like polls, contests, or Q&As
– Providing weekly updates on group growth and engagement
– Gathering feedback and passing it on to the team
– Handling any issues or complaints in a calm and professional way

Requirements:
– Experience managing Facebook and/or WhatsApp groups
– Strong communication skills
– Good understanding of Nigerian online users and trading culture
– Able to work independently and manage multiple conversations
– Comfortable with basic reporting and feedback

Bonus if you have:
– Experience in trading, logistics, or customer service
– Familiarity with simple analytics or community tools
