The initiative will deploy CCTV surveillance systems, access control solutions, drones, and IoT security sensors to support crime prevention, asset protection, and remote monitoring services.
Role Summary
The Head of Security Technology & Surveillance Systems will lead the development and growth of Wigmore Trading’s security hardware and monitoring platform.
The role focuses on designing and deploying integrated security systems including cameras, sensors, access control infrastructure, and drone monitoring solutions.
This position requires a professional with strong experience in security technology systems, surveillance infrastructure, or physical security operations.
Key Responsibilities
Business & Strategy Development

Develop the strategy for Wigmore Trading’s security technology and surveillance solutions platform.

Identify opportunities to deploy CCTV systems, IoT security sensors, drone monitoring, and access control infrastructure.

Build scalable models for hardware sales, monitoring subscriptions, and managed security services.
Security Infrastructure Deployment

Lead deployment of surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and access control infrastructure.

Implement remote monitoring solutions for commercial facilities, estates, farms, and industrial sites.

Integrate security systems with cloud-based monitoring and analytics platforms.
Drone & Advanced Monitoring Solutions

Develop drone-based surveillance programs for large facilities, industrial sites, and agricultural estates.

Implement smart security systems using AI analytics, motion detection, and automated alerts.
Partnerships & Market Expansion

Build partnerships with businesses, property developers, campuses, and government institutions.

Work with insurance companies and corporate clients to provide risk-reduction security systems.

Expand adoption across urban estates, commercial zones, and industrial facilities.
Operations & Platform Management

Build and manage teams across installation, monitoring operations, and technical support.

Implement monitoring systems that provide real-time security alerts and incident response support.

Ensure reliable infrastructure performance and ongoing maintenance services.
Requirements
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience
-
7–10 years of experience in security technology systems, surveillance infrastructure, or security operations.

Experience deploying CCTV systems, security sensors, or monitoring platforms.

Experience working with security service providers, infrastructure companies, or corporate security teams.
Skills

Strong understanding of surveillance systems and security technology platforms.

Experience managing security installations and monitoring services.

Strong leadership and operational management capability.

Ability to build partnerships with businesses, institutions, and government agencies.
Preferred Qualifications
