As part of our expansion, we are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce professional to lead the management, optimization, and strategic use of our Salesforce CRM. This role is critical in ensuring that our sales, customer service, and operations teams maximize the value of our CRM investments.


Role Overview

The Senior Salesforce Administrator & CRM Strategist will serve as the primary Salesforce expert within Wigmore Trading. You will be responsible for system administration, customization, integration, data governance, and ensuring that Salesforce aligns with business strategy. This role requires both hands-on technical skills and the ability to engage with senior leadership on CRM strategy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end Salesforce ecosystem at Wigmore Trading, ensuring system stability, security, and scalability.

  • Customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, reports, dashboards, and automation to meet evolving business needs.

  • Partner with leadership to translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.

  • Manage Salesforce integrations with third-party tools (e.g., ERP, marketing automation, e-commerce).

  • Establish and enforce data governance policies to maintain accuracy, integrity, and compliance.

  • Drive user adoption by developing training programs, best practices, and documentation.

  • Conduct system audits, monitor usage, and proactively identify areas for process improvement.

  • Serve as the subject matter expert on Salesforce releases, new features, and industry best practices.

  • Lead CRM-related projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.

  • Minimum 5–7 years of Salesforce administration experience in a corporate environment.

  • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (required). Additional certifications such as Salesforce Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant strongly preferred.

  • Proven track record of leading Salesforce projects and implementations end-to-end.

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, security, automation, reporting, and APIs.

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations (ERP, marketing tools, external systems).

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to interact at both technical and executive levels.

  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments is a major plus.
