West Africa is where we are based, with teams in Lagos and Accra. It grows most of the world’s cocoa and much of its cashew, shea and sesame, and it holds the world’s largest bauxite reserves. Each crop has a season and, in some countries, a state body that controls sales. Here is how it works in each country.
