State condition explicitly and request identification, operating history and a suitable independent inspection. For rebuilt machines, record the actual work performed and components retained. Repainting does not establish geometric accuracy or mechanical condition.

Agree tests appropriate to the duty, including the test material and measurement method. A short no-load video should not replace a documented performance or condition assessment.

Complete scope and controls

Check export classification, end user, end use and destination requirements for the exact model. Civilian machinery can still require specialist control review. No prohibited equipment or circumvention service is offered.

Use verified part references or drawings and require appropriate traceability. A dimensionally similar bearing may not meet the machine’s duty, so substitutions should be approved by the buyer’s technical team.
