Pumps, valves, bearings and process machinery from India should be selected for the operating duty and material being handled. Pumps and air-moving equipment
Liquid pumps need the required flow and head, fluid properties, suction conditions and material compatibility. Air pumps and compressors need a clear duty, pressure, air quality and operating environment. The selected equipment should be reviewed by a competent engineer.
Specify whether the offer includes motor, controls, base, coupling, protection and accessories. A pump-only price is not comparable with a complete installed package. Check power supply and the intended control method.
Valves, bearings and associated parts
Valves require type, service, pressure and temperature rating, materials, connection and actuation requirements. Bearings need the exact designation or engineering specification, load, speed and environmental conditions. A visually similar part may not be a compatible replacement.
Require material and quality evidence appropriate to the duty. For critical applications, define traceability and inspection. Confirm genuine, original-equipment and aftermarket status explicitly where relevant.
Process machinery and individual-function equipment
Centrifuges, heating machinery and machines with individual functions need a process description and measurable output requirement. Specify feed characteristics, throughput, product quality, cleaning, controls and utilities.
Testing should use an agreed representative material or a justified test method. A demonstration on an easier feed does not prove the same result in the buyer’s process. Confirm safety guards, documentation and operator requirements before shipment.
