We are expanding our operations into large-scale commercial farming and are seeking exceptional Farm Managers to lead projects in crop, livestock, aquaculture, and integrated farming systems.

We are recruiting highly skilled and educated Farm Managers to lead and oversee farm operations in key agricultural regions throughout Nigeria. This role is ideal for candidates with academic backgrounds from top institutions and expertise in modern, sustainable, and profitable farming practices.

You will be responsible for full-cycle farm operations including planning, execution, team management, compliance, budgeting, and adoption of innovative techniques to ensure high productivity.


๐Ÿ“Œ Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise daily farm operations across various agricultural categories (crop, livestock, aquaculture).

  • Lead and train local farm teams, promoting efficient and safe work practices.

  • Collaborate with agronomists, vets, and specialists to implement best practices.

  • Use data-driven tools and farm software to track yield, pest management, and soil health.

  • Maintain machinery, tools, irrigation systems, and farm infrastructure.

  • Stay informed on agricultural trends, government policies, and export regulations.

  • Develop reports, forecasts, and profitability analysis for senior management.

  • Establish relationships with local communities, distributors, and agricultural agencies.

Crop Farming:

  • Cereals (maize, rice, sorghum): Grown in Kano, Niger, Kebbi, and Benue.

  • Root crops (cassava, yam, sweet potato): Southern and Middle Belt states โ€“ Benue, Oyo, Edo.

  • Cash crops (cocoa, oil palm, rubber): Ondo, Cross River, Abia, Ekiti.

  • Vegetables and horticulture (tomato, onion, pepper, fruits): Plateau, Kaduna, Oyo.

Livestock & Poultry:

  • Cattle and sheep: Predominantly northern Nigeria (Adamawa, Borno, Taraba).

  • Poultry and goats: Oyo, Ogun, Delta, Enugu.

Aquaculture:

  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in a relevant agricultural discipline.

  • 5+ years experience managing commercial-scale farms.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Familiarity with GIS, ERP, and other agricultural management software.

  • Ability to relocate and manage rural-based operations.

  • Passion for innovation and sustainability in African agriculture.
